Is there a minimum commitment?

Online tutoring starts with a minimum 2-hour commitment. After that, most students settle into weekly sessions — your remaining lesson time is always visible in the Client Portal.

Can you guarantee a mark?

No — under Australian Consumer Law results can't be guaranteed, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What Heath offers is structure, accountability and honest expert feedback; many clients report results of 80–95%.

How do packages work?

Interview preparation runs as a 3–6 × 1-hour package. For ongoing tutoring, Heath will suggest a cadence after your first chat — from one semester of support to a whole degree. Ask about package options in your enquiry.

What if my essay isn't eligible for review?

Every review starts with a free eligibility check (word count, minimum peer-reviewed references, timing). If it's not accepted, you don't pay — simple as that.

How do I pay?
