Aim

To demonstrate Every Minute Media’s (EMM’s) commitment to ethical business practices, and addressing modern slavery risks.

To promote transparency of ethical operations and social responsibility.

To enhance trust among stakeholders, clients, and partners by showing proactive efforts to prevent exploitation.

1. Reporting Entity

Every Minute Media (ABN 15 230 592 663) on behalf of itself and associated businesses.

All businesses carry on business in Australia. The registered office of Every Minute Media is based in Queensland, Australia.

The financial reporting period for Every Minute Media is 1 July to 30 June each year.

2. Company Structure, Operations, and Supply Chains

Every Minute Media primarily operates in the Education industry.

The range of products and services provided are primarily tutoring related, and broadly categorised as Education consulting.

EMM provides hourly consulting. Services are offered online and/or in-person. Hourly packages are available.

A range of packaged services are available including Final Essay Review,

Interview Preparation, PhD Proposals, Scholarship Applications, and related

services.

The target audience is secondary (college), undergraduate and postgraduate students

globally.

In 2024 and 2025 the major focus is on the Australian geographic market.

The Education Consulting division provides the Education Consulting services outlined above.

Supply Chain

The Education Consulting Supply Chain began formation beginning in September 2023. As of December 2024, the Supply Chain structure can be described as follows

Direct Workforce Sourcing

EMM provides employment agreements in accordance with Fair Work Australia.

External Workforce sourcing

Where work is outsourced, checks that occur include:

a) Is the external workforce pay and entitlements compliant with labour laws? A preference is for the contractors’ rates to be reviewed and to be above minimum pay rates for any respective countries of residence.

Assessment of potential risks

EMM is guided by the Modern Slavery Business & Investor Toolkit.

4. EMM’s Actions Taken to Address Risks

  • Policies or procedures in place to monitor suppliers and prevent unethical practices.
  • Training for staff to recognize and report modern slavery risks in the supply chain.

5. Measurement of Actions’ Effectiveness

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) conducted to ensure policies are being followed.
  • Supplier screening

  • Reviews
  • Requesting suppliers to show their understanding of modern slavery issue before engagement
  • Providing clear reporting pathways to identify and manage risks

6. EMM’s Future Commitments
