Join an 8-week program: be mentored and coached towards a deliverable company project. Spend 5–10 hours per week with Program Manager oversight, receive mentoring from leading university and company staff, and get matched with companies based on your indicated interests.

Who it is for
You do not need work experience in the selected field of work. If you are prepared to put in 5–10 hours per week and you care about the field you have chosen, you are ready to apply.

2025–26 alumni results
In 2025–26, alumni were accepted into a range of universities. A survey of 83 alumni who applied in 2025–26 to leading universities showed:
33% were accepted to Ivy League or Top 20 universities. That is 2.39x higher than the average acceptance rate of these universities.
Alumni received acceptance into 50+ universities across the globe.
21% of alumni had their manager or mentor write a letter recommending or supporting their application, showcasing the applicant's strong work ethic and skillset.
91% of alumni demonstrated hands-on learning in the activities section of their university applications.
43% of alumni included their internship experience in the main and supplemental essays of their university applications.

5–10 hours per week is expected of the student.
Yes. Although you should know that 63 per cent of students do come from a range of Top 40 universities and liberal arts colleges outside of Australia. This means you will be joining a highly regarded global program. Students have attended a range of universities including Brown, California Institute of Technology, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, New York, Rice, Stanford, The Pennsylvania State University, and many more.
