What does an Honours or Masters Thesis Review look like?

Firstly, the Thesis structure should align to your institution's requirements, which can be discipline specific. You should have a template for your Thesis and discipline. If not, I can help you set one up aligning to APA 7 requirements.

Your Thesis (submitted to Heath Kirby Tutoring) should be as complete as possible and ready for submission. Current turnaround time: minimum 5 day turnaround required.

1. Correct APA 7 formatting

APA 7 formatting is not just your reference list. It also extends to your layout and written expression.

What this means for your Thesis: the chances of achieving the highest marks possible for the written element(s) of the rubric, referencing and structure are maximised.

Many of my clients now achieve full marks on their Reference List. The reference list for an Honours or Masters Thesis is multiple pages, sometimes including 100-150 references. Within this, the full variety of sources is checked, including peer-reviewed academic journal articles, government and industry reports, YouTube videos, conference papers, and dissertations.

2. Thesis statement and arguments explored

In the context of your overall Research Question(s), the argument you have presented is challenged and questioned. This is designed to allow you to:

Develop your argument further.
Refine the overall structure to align with your intended topic, aims and objectives.
Support your feedback from your Supervisor and introduce required changes.

Markers often compliment students on their "scholarly writing" and "succinct" and "well-written" paragraphs and sections. This is because I pay close attention to APA 7 formatting, and aim to maximise your marks across References, Written Expression and Clarity.

What you can expect to receive:

You will be emailed a Word document including Track Changes for your essay.
You will receive a PDF document showing Track Changes (for ease of reading). This can be useful to open on a second monitor, for instance.
